1. About RenoViz

RenoViz is an AI-powered interior design tool that helps you visualise how different materials would look in your rooms and projects.

The Service is for informational and visualisation purposes only and does not replace professional design, engineering or construction advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use RenoViz, or have parental/guardian consent where appropriate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping your login details secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, material images and other content you upload to RenoViz ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, display and modify that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

You confirm that:

• You have the rights and permissions to upload the User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any laws.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive or infringes any third-party rights.
• Interfere with the security, operation or integrity of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the Service's source code, unless permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. AI-generated outputs

RenoViz uses AI models to generate design previews and other outputs based on your inputs.

You understand and agree that:

• AI outputs may not be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Outputs are for visualisation and inspiration only and should not be relied on as professional advice.
• You are responsible for verifying any design or material decisions before implementing them in real life.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, logos and content (excluding your User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed in these Terms or by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we:

• Do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
• Disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Payments, credits, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

RenoViz may offer one-time credit packs and recurring subscriptions. Prices, included credits and plan features are shown at checkout before you pay. By completing a purchase, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the selected purchase.

Each credit can be used to start one AI render or generation job, unless we state otherwise in the product. AI render jobs are custom digital services that begin processing from your uploaded content and instructions when you choose to use a credit.

Credit packs

• Unused paid credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that purchase have been used.
• Credits that have already been used to start a render or generation job are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we decide otherwise in our discretion.
• If a render fails because of a RenoViz service error, we will restore or reissue the affected credit where reasonably possible.
• Paid credit-pack credits do not expire while your account remains active, unless we clearly state a different expiry period at purchase.
• Promotional, free, beta, trial or manually granted credits have no cash value, are not refundable, and may expire or be withdrawn according to the offer terms.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, unless a different renewal period is shown at checkout.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us.
• When you cancel, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. You keep subscription access until that date and no further subscription renewal payments will be taken.
• We generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law, where there has been a duplicate charge or billing error, or where we decide otherwise in our discretion.
• Monthly subscription credits roll over while your subscription remains active. If your subscription ends, unused rolled-over subscription credits remain available for 90 days after the end of the paid billing period and then may expire.
• Separately purchased credit-pack credits are not treated as subscription credits and remain subject to the credit-pack rules above.

Refund requests and billing issues

To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact contact@renovizai.com with your account email, payment reference and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days, but bank and payment-provider timing may vary.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a law in your location gives you additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service will end, but certain provisions (including ownership, disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
